Indeed, We have sent down a Reading in Arabic so that you might understand.
All 313 Messengers from Noah to Muhammad have been sent with Adhikr—the Guidance, Food, Cloth and Sight of the human soul—as explained in verses 4: 163 and 7: 26. Adhikr revealed to Messenger Muhammad contains 312 previous Books and their upright Explanations. It is revealed to him to explain mankind what has been revealed upon them so that they may think and reflect as told in verse 16: 44. The Book revealed to Messenger is in the Arabic language. It is told in verse 41: 44: "If We had sent this as a Reading in a language other than Arabic, Meccan pagans would have asked: ‘Why Its verses are not explained in detail; What! A Book not in Arabic, while a Messenger in Arab?’ You say: It is a Guidance and Healing to those who believed; and for those who disbelieved, there is a veil in their ears and they are blind upon It, those are like being called from a place very distant".
Today, Adhikr in which no falsehood shall enter before or after its codification as mentioned in verses 41: 41-42 is formed as the Splendid Book through the Three-Time-Knower mentioned in verse 25: 59. Its Safeguard is undertaken by the Lord as told in verse 15: 9. It is the Wise Reminder as told in verse 3: 58. It is ordered to Messenger and believer to ask about the Impartial Three-Time-Knower Lord to the author of Adhikr. It is told in verses 16: 43 and 21: 7: "Whoever has doubts in any matter should ask the author of Adhikr-the Three-Time-Knowledge".
It is told in verse 41: 43: "Indeed, those who hide or reject Adhikr-the Splendid Book, they will have painful torment". The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are deaf and dumb towards Adhikr without utilizing their intelligence. So they are denoted as the worst among 1000 communities of Lord’s creatures as explained in verse 8: 22. Satan obstructs mankind from Adhikr and not from the Arabic Quran as told in verses 25: 18 and 29-30. See explanation 2: 44; 4: 82 and 7: 37-40.
